Spherical Flexure Joint

A multi-axis compliant mechanism designed in Fusion 360 that rotates through elastic deformation — no bearings, no friction, no backlash. The accordion-style flexure arms distribute stress so the joint bends without breaking. Designed for precise, frictionless motion in constrained spaces.

Quantum Tech Components via AM

Designed and 3D-printed quantum technology components, then scanned them with X-ray CT and a handheld laser scanner to compare actual vs. designed geometry. Spoiler: they were close, but not perfect — that was kind of the whole point.

Custom Gridfinity storage systems, a hinged pyramid that opens to reveal its interior, printer repairs, and general "I wonder if I can print that" energy. Built and calibrated the Bambu Lab A1 from scratch. This project category is, frankly, infinite.
